Green Party presidential candidate Dr. Jill Stein, who ran against Mitt Romney for governor of MA and has authored two widely acclaimed reports, In Harm's Way: Toxic Threats to Child Development, published in 2000, and Environmental Threats to Healthy Aging, deserves praise for her consistent advocacy for medical marijuana and indeed, its full legalization. There's no doubt these poll numbers at least partly reflect Stein's years of work on this issue.
