The CIA is a big-ass lobbying organization. But I think the Mexican cartel has lobbyists and the Emerald Triangle has lobbyists, all wan ting to keep prohibition in place. If marijuana was just...legal, the cartels, foreign and domestic, CIA, Mexican, Emerald Triangle, would be out of business because most of use would be growing our own, bypassing them altogether.
