Those are Franken-food seeds, not naturally occurring ones like cannabis but created by hybridization. You can copyright hybridized plants/seeds (like rose hybrids, etc.).

Perhaps its been addressed elsewhere, but one aspect of the whole drug was does not seem to get much play – how state and local law enforcement officials generate lots of money though forfeiture and seizure laws. Without the war on drugs, Law enforcement would need to find another income source to fund their habit for their increasingly militarized hardware. If the feds begin respecting state medical marijuana laws, how will all the local Barney Fife’s afford their armored vehicles and automatic weapons? Its always about the money.

I am not normally a spiteful person, but because Obama apparently feels that marijuana supporters are beneath the dignity of a response, I would love to see them return the favor by voting in droves for Jill Stein and Gary Johnson.

I will be one of those people voting for Jill Stein, saying “You see what happens, Barry? You see what happens? This is what happens, Barry. This is what happens when you f*ck a marijuana supporter in the a**.”

Legions of folks must be absolutely fascinated by the “Whitehouse Beer Recipe”! The fraud’s considered opinion of basketball players, is likewise a very important matter. Pot users are unserious people, no matter how many of us there might happen to be, and apparently the same unmeritoriousness applies to those pesky anti-war advocates. At least the Obomber has some first hand knowledge about smoking pot, unlike actually wearing the army green.

The fact that questions concerning Bball and beer somehow percolated to the top of the list of questions, demonstrates that serious people are more interested in diversions rather than policy. Obviously we are supposed to drink Whitehouse recipe brew in lieu of pot.
