		<description>Massachusetts has already decriminalized possession of small amounts of marijuana for personal use. Therefore, legalizing medical marijuana would seem to have a good chance of passage. 

But, what good does it do if the Obama administration insists that marijuana should be treated like heroin?  Under the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution, federal law governs.</description>
