In the Arizona city of Gilbert police performed a heavily armed raid of a medical marijuana patient because they suspected he was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. There was no good reason to perform a heavily armed raid over a single ounce of marijuana, especially when talking about a medical marijuana patient who can legally possess this small amount of marijuana.
