Washington Medical Marijuana Patients Should Be Allowed to Continue Home Growing

Of all the suggestions by the three state agencies to change Washington State’s medical marijuana laws after full legalization, the one that concerned me the most was the proposal to eliminate home growing for patients. Agencies Recommend Scaling Back Washington State’s Medical Marijuana System After Legalization

Now that Washington State has legalized marijuana for adults, three state government agencies are recommending changes to the state’s medical marijuana system to bring them more in line with the newly approved recreational system. Most of these proposed changes would scale back the state’s medical marijuana law.
